Wildwood introduces new organic soy drinks

When you hear “tofu”, do you think of Orange County? Maybe you should. From the Fast Food Maven today:

One of the nation’s leading soy producers is tucked away in a small industrial area of Fullerton.

Pulmuone Wildwood makes everything from soy milk to tofu burgers. Recently, the Fullerton food factory introduced its latest concoction: Probiotic Soymilk. The beverage is certified organic, kosher and is free of saturated fat, dairy and cholesterol.

Pulmuone Wildwood’s Probiotic Soymilk is available in 10- ounce vanilla, blueberry and pomegranate flavors at Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Mother’s Market and other natural food stores.

Nancy Luna had an in-depth piece on Wildwood’s Fullerton tofu factory last January. Who knew?
