Martin Wisckol has a great interview with former state GOP Chairman Mike Schroeder this morning, discussing his penchant for lawsuits, specifically the recent lawsuit against Debbie Cook.
If you haven’t been following along at home, Attorney Mike Schroeder and other Republicans filed suit against Cook last month to stop her from using a ballot designation of “mayor” in her congressional bid against Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Huntington Beach. In the process, Schroeder filed in the wrong court and failed to realize two local Republicans also used the same ballot designation of mayor under the same circumstances. Whoops.
While the interview is great, the comments are better, so be sure to read through to the end.
