I love sushi. Well, I love what I’ve had. See, I went vegetarian at age 16, before I had a car, before my friends and I went out to eat much, and long before I started describing myself as a foodie and going out for sushi. But I’ve enjoyed what I’ve had, usually from make-to-order places, and usually cucumber or veggie rolls, with the occasional tofu something-or-other thrown in. But I want more - and I need your help:

Are there any “real” sushi restaurants in Orange County (or nearby) that have a large/varied vegetarian menu?

By “real”, I mean a sit-down restaurant, not a lunch counter. The place can serve fish sushi as well (it darn well should, if I want my friends to go with me), but I’m looking for somewhere that’s got more than just one or two items I can eat - I’d love to try a variety of veggies or veggie-friendly varieties, made with the same care and eye for flare that my pescatarian friends find routinely. Price isn’t a limiting factor here - I just want to know what’s out there. Let me know what you know!
